1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by arlexocollective.live ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
arlexocollective.live provides autonomous underwater drone cleaning, inspection, and maintenance services for maritime infrastructure including but not limited to:
- Ship hull cleaning and biofouling removal
- Dock wall and piling maintenance
- Offshore structure cleaning and inspection
- Underwater visual inspection and 3D mapping
- AI-powered defect detection and reporting
3. Service Agreements
All drone cleaning and inspection operations are subject to individual service agreements that specify scope, timeline, pricing, and operational requirements. These agreements supplement these general Terms of Service.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the assets to be serviced
- Ensuring safe access to deployment locations
- Obtaining necessary permits and harbor authority approvals
- Notifying us of any known hazards or environmental conditions
- Maintaining valid insurance coverage for their assets
5. Safety and Compliance
Our drone operations comply with all applicable maritime safety regulations, environmental protection laws, and port authority requirements. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all operations, including third-party liability.
6. Intellectual Property
All inspection data, reports, and documentation generated during our service operations are delivered to the client upon completion. Our proprietary drone technology, software, AI algorithms, and operational methods remain the intellectual property of arlexocollective.live.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect client assets during cleaning operations, our liability is limited to the value of the service contract. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions not disclosed prior to service.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms require 50% deposit upon confirmation and 50% upon completion and delivery of the service report.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before scheduled deployment receive a full refund of deposits. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to mobilization costs. Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled at no additional cost.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
